Very cute and would be funny if not so close to the truth.

Wait for the next 1000 page, overnight approval bill from this 
administration entitled the "National Education System" which will not only 
alter the reserved powers of the states to provide a basic education but 
will provide funding for each and every child to attend college.  You want 
to choose your school?   Oh there will be choice - for the first 5 years, at 
least, just like healthcare.
