[Swiftwater Gazette] Fine print in cash for clunkers contract

Has anybody heard or have a reference to the clause in the contract of the cash for clunkers that says you are supposed to supply your email address and that the clause gives the government the right to review all files in your computer?

I was talking to a guy on the phone when his wife started yelling that information at him.

And if that is true, and one guy in a office gives them his email does that mean they can peruse all the files on the office server?
