Get a copy of Snagit -- a screen capture program.

I grabbed the picture in seconds.

More importantly, my picture is now stored in the Swiftwater Gazette 
files -- nobody can make it disappear.

I am using Snagit to capture videos as well, and almost anything I can 
think of.

I find it enormously useful and use it 10 times a day, every day.

It will take you 5 minutes to learn to use it crudely.  If you spend 
more time with it, you will be able to easily do tricks you didn't know 
were possible.

If you get it, I'll explain how I have my version set up.  I'm sure to 
learn new tricks along the way.
